RAdio Rasquache is a localized radio station and free-form audio distribution platform formed through the use of ready-made objects and audio equipment.
Content delivered/performed through radio rasquache includes personal narratives, local folklore, popular regional music, soundscapes, and more.
Although the form of Radio Rasquache might change, the overall mission does not. that is, to provide communities with a localized platform from which to share audio content relative to their areas. by providing such a platform, Radio rasquache looks to engage with public/local discourse/culture and produce an experimental archive of the various materials collected/mixed/produced during each iteration.
